How this site was made
Most consulting sites hide how they're built. I'm proud of how this one came together, so here's the craft behind it — made by hand, deliberately.
Design
A dark-first design system with a single electric accent, generous whitespace, and glassmorphism — built from CSS variables so the whole brand can be re-tuned from one place. No stock photos of people in suits; every visual is abstract and identity-themed.
Type
Inter carries the interface — quiet, legible, modern. The signatures and personal notes are set in Caveat, a real handwriting face, because a human made this and it should feel like it.
Motion, drawn by hand
The animated sign-in console, the Conditional Access flow, and the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle were built from scratch as code — not lifted from a template. They animate the actual decisions I design for clients.
Accessibility
Every animation respects reduced-motion preferences. There's a skip link, keyboard-navigable search (⌘K), focus states, and semantic structure throughout. Fast and usable beats flashy.
Engineering
Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript, statically rendered where possible, with server actions for the forms. Hosted on AWS with a hand-tuned build. The whole thing is designed to load fast and stay cheap to run.
Words
Every article, case study, and recommendation was written from real engagements inside large, messy environments — by hand, one practitioner's voice, no content mill.
If something here is broken, slow, or could be clearer, I genuinely want to know — it's my name on it.
